Information
There are about 2,000 different plants in the world that produce polymers similar to natural rubber, 500 of which are obtained from different types of rubber, but the real practical value is Brazilian rubber. The surface of the rubber tree is cut off, the bark of the catheter is cut, and the latex flows out of the tree. Natural rubber is commercially available from rubber trees to collect latex, dilute acid, agglomerate, wash, dry, tablet and package. Natural rubber can be made into technical classifications such as tobacco leaves, dry film, enamel, dry rubber and latex concentrate according to different glue methods.
Standard rubber or plastic pellets, a new type of natural rubber was developed in the 60th century. In the past, the traditional products of tobacco, alfalfa and dry slicing were tied to the development of natural rubber, both in terms of classification methods and manufacturing methods. Therefore, Malaysia began to implement the standard rubber program in 1965, based on the development of rubber particles using physicochemical properties. Standard rubber refers to the mechanical and chemical properties of rubber, such as mechanical impurities, plastic retention, initial plasticity, nitrogen content, ash, ash, and chromaticity. The standard rubber packaging is more advanced, the polyethylene film is generally packaged, and has a unique logo. The package weight is small and easy to move. Malaysia's packaging weight is 33.3 kg, and China's regulation is 40KG.
The grading standards for adhesives are relatively scientific, so the grading method has been standardized and accepted by major natural rubber producing countries and international organizations, and rubber grading standards have been established. These standards are usually the same, but not exactly the same. For example, the ISO2000 regulations are divided into five levels, the Chinese standard GB8081-87, which specifies four levels.
